Lori Wittman is Senior Vice President of Retail Dealer Solutions at Cox Automotive. In her role Wittman manages the VinSolutions, Dealertrack Registration & Title Services and Xtime business units overseeing all aspects of operations and business performance for these businesses based in Kansas City, Groton and Redwood City, respectively.
Wittman has a long track record of driving business results. Prior to joining Cox Automotive in 2013 as VP of VinSolutions Operations, Lori worked for over 10 years leading large technology projects for Accenture. In addition to her role as Accenture Associate Partner, she also previously held positions as Vice President and GM for Rockwell Transportation (a division of Freightquote.com), Vice President of Service Delivery for Freightquote.com and Sr. Director of Field Technology at H&R Block.
Wittman holds a B.S. in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Kansas. In 2015 Wittman was recognized by Automotive News as one of the 100 Leading Women in the North American Auto Industry, a prestigious list compiled every five years that recognizes top female executives at automakers, suppliers and dealerships nationwide. In 2016, she was also recognized by the Kansas City Business Journal as a “Women Who Mean Business” honoree.

A veteran of the automotive industry, Tracy Noonan Fred brings more than 25 years’ experience to her role as Vice President and General Manager of Xtime, where she leads a world-class team, and oversees operational strategies and policies. It’s a position she’s especially well-suited to lead, given the deep dealer expertise she’s honed for the past 10 years across multiple Cox Automotive brands in progressively senior roles — spanning operations, software and dealership performance management.
Prior to her current role, she served as Vice President and General Manager of Registration and Titling Solutions (RTS). Before joining Cox Automotive in 2008, Tracy held several general management and sales positions with leading automotive OEMs.
Known for her data-driven, people-centered approach to business and leadership, Tracy has gained a reputation for generating business results for both clients and our businesses, while growing and inspiring high-performing teams. She holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. Her economics training, coupled with her automotive experience, drives her passion to help today’s dealers transform their businesses from the analog, ‘gut-driven’ past to the new digital reality. She is among the industry’s growing number of women leading this digital transformation, and as such, is a sought-after speaker at industry events and contributor to automotive trade publications.

As Division VP, Sales, David Foutz leads sales growth and sales support teams in the United States and Canada.
David is a strategic leader with more than 20 years of experience in sales and business development. He has generated strategies and exceeded business objectives in various spaces—selling and marketing IT products and services within the automotive, construction/agriculture and powersports industries. Prior to Xtime, David served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Snap-on Business Solutions. There, he achieved year over year growth and 11 percent improvement in operating income, and helped grow market share to 61 percent. Additionally, David has held management positions at ProQuest Business Solutions and Bell & Howell, establishing product and marketing strategies.
David received his bachelor’s degree in theater and MBA from Brigham Young University.

As Division VP, Marketing & Managed Services, Jim Roche is responsible for brand positioning and driving marketing’s strategic impact on business.
Jim brings over 30 years of automotive high-tech leadership experience. Previously, Jim was founder and Chief Executive Officer of AutoPoint, where he was the visionary and driving force behind the development of the industry’s first multichannel marketing platform, its adoption by hundreds of dealers and its subsequent acquisition by SRS. While at SRS, AutoPoint experienced rapid growth; Welsh Carson Anderson & Stowe acquired SRS in 2013.
Prior to AutoPoint, Jim was CEO of Ocentrix Inc., which developed a modern technology automotive dealership management system. Jim has also served as Vice President of Product Management at Autobytel, where he oversaw the Autobytel product portfolio and drove the development of the RPM CRM platform, and as Senior Vice President of Operations at Newgen during the company’s rapid growth to over 5,000 dealerships and its 1999 IPO. While at Newgen, Jim oversaw the creation of the automotive industry’s first web-based on-demand marketing tool, Carabunga.com.
Jim is a public speaker and has published numerous articles on automotive technology and CRM. He also occasionally plays bass guitar with some guys in a garage.

As Division VP, Engineering, Adam Springer leads Xtime’s product direction, software development and SaaS operations. Since joining Xtime in 2011, he has more than quadrupled the size of his organization, while establishing world-class product management, architecture, business intelligence and operations teams. Adam’s focus is to deliver the best solution to the automotive industry, serving vehicle owners, dealers and manufacturers.
Before joining Xtime, Adam was SVP of Engineering at Dorado Corporation (acquired by CoreLogic), a financial Services SaaS solutions provider to tier-one banks. Prior to Dorado, Adam was VP of R&D for Enterprise Engines Inc. (acquired by QAD), a pioneer in cloud-based ERP. Adam also served as Director of Professional Services for GemStone Systems, Inc., a Java application server company active in many industries including manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, logistics, power and telecommunications. Adam is co-author of the Object Database Standard ODMG 2.0 and holds US Patent 7,853,464 – Dynamic Workflow Architectures for Loan Processing. His teams have won the 2014 Oracle Excellence Awards for Fusion Middleware Innovation in the Big Data and Business Analytics Category and the 2014 Telematics Update Best Automotive Application award.
Adam holds bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science and Economics from the University of California at San Diego. In his spare time he enjoys soccer, the guitar, and being a shade tree mechanic.
